Shipping & Deliveries

The packaging of your order includes a unique ANAPNOE pouch, in which you will find the jewel/jewels in their respective packaging. All our deliveries are made from our showroom & warehouse center in Athens. It is possible that during promotional periods shipping costs may not be applied, as part of a promotion, which will be indicated in our online store and Instagram page. Remember that if you subscribe to our ANAPNOE newsletter, you will also enjoy the above and additional exclusive promotions when active.

In case you are unable to visit our online shop, we do accept phone orders.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.

Orders leave our offices within 24 working hours of being placed and payment is received. If your order is placed from Friday to Sunday we will ship the following Monday. You will receive an email from us so you will know where your order is on its way and when you should expect it.

* We do not ship orders on Saturday and Sunday.

We recommend not to authorize deliveries without signature. ANAPNOE will not be responsible for lost orders authorized to be delivered without a signature.

    Purchases over 40€ - FREE
    Purchases under 40€ - 3,95€

     

  • Cyprus
    Purchases over 60€ - FREE
    Purchases under 60€ - 7,95€

     

  • EUROPEAN UNION
    Purchases over 80€ - FREE tracked delivery
    Purchases under 80€ - 8,95€ tracked delivery

 

 

  • UNITED KINGDOM
    Purchases over 80€ - FREE tracked delivery
    Purchases under 80€ - 9,95€ tracked delivery

 

  • Rest of the world
    Purchases over 80€ - FREE tracked delivery

If you wish to receive your order within 72 working hours, we recommend you contact us to arrange an express courier (additional fees will apply).

Please be aware that shipping may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

PLEASE NOTE that occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional duties and taxes, which in any case are the responsibility of the purchaser (this means that in some countries you may be required to pay customs duty and additional taxes on your order upon delivery).

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped! Send us a message, including your order number and contact details, to notify us so we can update or cancel your order.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, to avoid any issues with the shipment company, we cannot change a delivery address after the order has been placed. We recommend you cancel the order and start fresh again, using the address of your preference.
