Returns and Exchanges

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT?

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return any item, except personalized items and, for hygienic reasons, earrings and ear cuffs.

* We only accept returns and /or exchanges made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note that if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for the following reasons:

- The item is defective.
- The item is not the correct one you ordered.
- The wrong size of a ring, bracelet, or necklace has been chosen.

Under no circumstances will ANAPNOE Jewelry issue refunds. A voucher will be issued with the amount of the returned items to be exchanged within 30 days. If you wish to exchange for an item that is out of stock at the time the voucher is valid, you can contact us via email to assist you.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

Yes. All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return shall be borne by the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in this case, we cover the shipping costs.

Please note that if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return are to be borne by the buyer, except products with manufacturing defects and in the case that the wrong products have been received. In these exceptional circumstances, the delivery costs will be paid by ANAPNOE through Paypal or bank transfer.
