Our pieces are 925 sterling silver and 18-carat gold plated for the golden finishes as well as rhodium-plated for the dark grey finishes. You will find this information specified on the item's description and engraved on each item. All our amorous pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION OR OFFER CODE?

Some of our jewelry goes out of stock on the same day it’s released, but unfortunately, we don't have exact restocking dates for all items – it often depends on the availability of our craftsmen. You can subscribe to the product and be the first to know when your favorite item is back in stock ;)

I WANT AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL YOU RESTOCK IT?

Of course! All items you purchase from ANAPNOE are guaranteed and should you have any issue with your favorite jewelry, we are here to help!

IS ALL JEWELLERY GUARANTEED with a warranty?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express or via PayPal.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

When the package has been returned to our office, it will be reviewed by our warehouse before they proceed with the approval of the said return. The product must have been shipped within 30 days of receipt of the order, it must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. You will be notified by email of the transaction. Once the refund has been issued it may take up to 2-3 business days to show on your account.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Before you reach the last step of your purchase, you will find a field where you can enter your promo code or discount voucher. Only one coupon is allowed per order. Please note that if the item already has an offer applied to it, you will not be able to apply another discount to the same item.

HOW CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Of course! All items where you can purchase as a single have the option to choose. If there is no option or it is not indicated in the description, it means that the pair comes only as a pair. Some of the earrings and all ear cuffs are sold individually.

CAN I BUY A SINGLE UNIT OF AN EARRING?

YES! :) We are based in Athens, at Christou Lada 19 Street, Kifisia. Our Showroom is open by appointment only – to best assist you personally at a time convenient for you.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP?

Gold plated pieces are, by default, more delicate and can lose their gold color over time. The plating may fade for various reasons: body lotions used for skin care or perfumes, the level of perspiration, or the natural pH of the skin. When storing a piece, after wearing it, remove any excess dirt or oil by wiping it with a soft cloth before you put it away. We recommend not to wear them underwater and to avoid perfumes and creams touching the jewelry directly as much as you can.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

All gemstones used in our ANAPNOE jewelry have been handpicked and purchased from rightful sources. We certify that no conflict diamonds will be knowingly sold.
